Flanges

FLANGES PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Comprehensive supply solutions ranging from standard commercial flanges to highly engineered specialty flanges designed for severe service environments in oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries.

PRODUCT RANGE

• Standard & Non-Standard Engineered Flanges

Welding Neck Flanges: Designed with a tapered hub for optimal stress distribution, ideal for high-pressure systems and severe thermal cycling applications.

Blind Flanges: Reliable isolation components for pipe ends, pressure vessel openings, and maintenance access points such as manholes and handholes.

Slip-On & Socket Weld Flanges: Cost-effective solutions for small-bore piping systems, offering easier alignment and faster installation at site conditions.

Large-Diameter Custom Components: Engineered for non-standard requirements (e.g., up to 28″ Class 1500), including specialized coatings and sour service applications.

INTERNATIONAL DIMENSIONS & PRESSURE CLASSES

Nominal Sizes: 1/2″ to 60″ NPS, with larger custom sizes available based on engineering design.

Pressure Ratings: Class 150 to Class 2500 under ASME B16.5 / B16.47, and up to 10,000 PSI under API 6A standards.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE METALLURGY & MATERIAL GRADES

• Carbon Steel

ASTM A105 / A105N for general industrial and process applications.

• Low-Temperature & High-Yield Steel

ASTM A350 LF2 / LF3 for cryogenic toughness, and ASTM A694 F65 for high-stress transmission pipeline systems.

• Stainless & Alloy Steel

ASTM A182 F304 / F316L for corrosion resistance, and F11 / F22 for high-temperature strength applications.

• Exotic Alloys

Duplex, Super Duplex, Inconel 625, and Monel for highly corrosive and extreme chemical environments.

SPECIALIZED ENGINEERING CAPABILITIES

Structural Design Verification & Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

All custom and non-standard flanges undergo full structural verification in compliance with ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 1 or Division 2.
Advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is performed to simulate stress distribution, bolt load behavior, and operational performance under real service conditions, ensuring absolute safety prior to fabrication release.

Corrosion-Resistant Alloy (CRA) Cladding for Sour Service

For sour service environments containing Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S), flanges are manufactured with automated weld overlay cladding.
Premium materials such as Inconel 625 or SS316L are applied on internal bores and sealing surfaces.
This solution ensures compliance with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 standards for sulfide stress cracking resistance while optimizing cost efficiency.

THIRD-PARTY INSPECTION (TPI) & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Flawless Traceability & Certification

Material Certification: Supplied with full traceability certificates in accordance with EN 10204 Type 3.1 and 3.2.

Heat Number Traceability: Each flange is permanently marked with a unique heat number linked to the original steel melt, ensuring full traceability and audit readiness.

International Inspection Approval: Manufacturing processes, NDT testing, and hydrostatic pressure tests are witnessed and certified by leading international third-party inspection bodies including Lloyd’s Register (LR), DNV, and Bureau Veritas (BV).
