PIPING FITTINGS PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Complete packages of high-pressure process fittings designed to maintain leak-free flow transitions across complex industrial piping networks.

  1. PRODUCT MATRICES

Precision Butt-Weld Reducers

  • Configurations: Concentric and eccentric reducers.
  • Fluid Dynamics: Smooth internal transitions reduce pressure drop, prevent flow separation, and protect downstream equipment from cavitation damage.

Premium Forged Branch Outlets (Olets)

  • Configurations: Weldolet, Sockolet, Threadolet, Nipolet, Latrolet, Sweepolet.
  • Structural Value: Reinforced branch connections eliminate the need for conventional tees or reinforcement pads, reducing stress concentration in high-fatigue piping systems.

High-Pressure Forged Fittings

  • Configurations: Couplings, unions, plugs, bushings, swage nipples (socket weld & threaded types).
  • Structural Value: Solid-billet forging ensures dense grain structure and high resistance to cyclic pressure loading.

  1. FABRICATION CONTROLS & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
  • CNC Thread Machining: NPT and BSPT threads are produced using CNC systems and verified with calibrated gauges to ensure leak-tight performance under high pressure.
  • High-Pressure Forging Capability: Supply of heavy-duty forged fittings up to Class 9000# for severe service applications including chemical injection and sour gas systems.
  • 100% Surface Inspection: All forged and butt-weld components undergo Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) or Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) to eliminate surface and subsurface defects.
  • Global Supply Chain Compliance: Products sourced from approved forging facilities in Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Italy, with EN 10204 3.1/3.2 certification and third-party inspection by DNV, Lloyd’s Register, and Bureau Veritas.
