Valves

INDUSTRIAL VALVES PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The operational core of process isolation and flow regulation, engineered to deliver zero-leakage performance and minimize fugitive emissions under severe service conditions.

  1. PRODUCT RANGE

Severe-Service Process Isolation Equipment

  • Ball Valves: Split-body, top-entry, and fully welded designs with floating or trunnion-mounted configurations. Equipped with spring-loaded seats for low torque operation and bubble-tight shutoff under high differential pressure.
  • Gate, Globe & Check Valves: Standard industrial solutions for isolation, throttling control, and backflow prevention.
  • Butterfly & Plug Valves: Compact quarter-turn valves optimized for utility systems, tank farms, and slurry applications requiring fast operation and minimal pressure drop.

Integrated Valve Automation & Actuation Solutions

  • All valves can be supplied with factory-mounted actuation systems, including pneumatic scotch-yoke or diaphragm actuators, electric smart actuators, and electro-hydraulic systems.
Fully integrated with positioners, limit switches, and solenoid valves for seamless DCS/SCADA compatibility.

  1. SEVERE-SERVICE TESTING & FLOW CONTROLS

Certified Fire-Safe & Fugitive Emission Compliance

  • All severe-service valves are certified Fire-Safe in accordance with API 607 / API 6FA standards.
  • Packing and stem sealing systems comply with ISO 15848-1, API 624, and API 641, ensuring minimal fugitive emissions and VOC leakage control.

Cryogenic Service Testing

  • Specialized valves are designed for LNG/LPG applications operating at ultra-low temperatures (down to cryogenic service range).
  • Each production batch undergoes liquid nitrogen immersion testing to verify sealing integrity and thermal cycling performance.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Oversight

  • All FAT procedures are executed at manufacturing facilities under supervision of QA/QC engineers and third-party inspectors representing the client.
  • Includes hydrostatic, pneumatic, seat leakage, and functional performance testing.

Approved Global Manufacturers

  • Products are sourced from internationally approved valve manufacturers in Europe, Italy, and South Korea.
  • All items are delivered with EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certification and full traceability documentation.
